With tasting notes of almonds and walnuts, buttery steamed greens, peas, a grassy essence finished with a delicate floral note, our matcha is sweet with a subtle umami undertone, providing a balanced and satisfying tea experience.

Our matcha has been carefully grown and crafted by artisans from a family-owned business spanning seven generations. They have continued to perfect their art for centuries, which can be experienced in every batch. The vibrant, delicate tea leaves are milled and delivered in small-batches to ensure the highest quality, maximum freshness, authenticity and an exquisite flavour profile.
