Returns & Refunds Policy

At Slow Article, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.   

Perishable Products: Tea/Consumables

We do not offer change of mind returns and refunds for any of our perishable and consumable products such as our Slow Article Matcha and Loose Leaf Teas. 

Non-perishable Products: Homewares, Kitchenwares, Vintage Goods & other 

We do not offer any refunds for change of mind; however, we may offer a credit note or exchange. 

Damaged and Defective Goods 

Should a product arrive damaged or does not meet your expectations, please reach out as soon as possible. Please contact us directly at slowarticle@gmail.com with the item and your order details including an order number. We will get back in touch as soon as possible so that we can further discuss the issue. We may ask you to return the item for a full refund, provided that it is unused and in its original condition. If you are dissatisfied with the purchase for any other reason, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will discuss a resolution that works for you. 

Refund & Exchange

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We have a 7-day exchange policy on non-perishable products only, from the date the order is received.

To request an exchange, the item you wish to have exchanged the original item for must be in stock. We will only accept exchanges for items that are in their original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, exchange/credit note requests will be declined on items that have been used or tampered with. To complete your exchange, we will require an order reference number or proof of purchase. 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. Sale is final for discounted non-perishable products. 

Shipping

Please note, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs in the event that you wish to return/exchange a (non-perishable) item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may depend on where you are located. 

We recommend you using a trackable shipping service as we are unable to guarantee that your item will be returned to us through third-party services.
