Shipping policy

We offer Standard Parcel Post and Express Post.

If you're within VIC, Standard Parcel Post typically takes 2-4 business days. However, shipping times may be longer for non-metro or rural areas. For orders outside of VIC, shipping usually takes 3-6 business days.

For Express Post, if you're within VIC, shipping typically takes 1-2 business days, and if you're interstate, shipping usually takes 1-3 business days.

We may also use other delivery services when required.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs if you wish to return or exchange a non-perishable item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
