What makes our matcha special?

Our matcha is single-origin ceremonial matcha of the Okumidori cultivar, sourced directly from a seventh generation, family-owned farm in Uji, Kyoto.

Using a traditional stone-milling method, our matcha has been ground-to-order in small-batches to retain its vibrancy, smooth and buttery texture and umami-rich flavour.
